• If for any reason you are not satisfied with the tutor you selected after your initial session, please inform us so that we may be able to connect you with another tutor who can better serve your needs. The next session you book with your new tutor will be free of charge. 
   

• 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied with the tutoring service (must purchase, book and attend a total of 24 session within a 60 day period).  Your account will be reimbursed after the 60 day period.
